Pregnancy: Weeks 34-35

Week 34: Nathan and I were put in charge of Youth Conference for our ward and they wanted it to be done in the winter. Everything turned out awesome and was super fun. For one of our activities we went snow shoeing and cross country skiing. Nathan and I had a blast. Thankfully everything is looking great with my pregnancy and I was able to go snow shoeing to celebrate 34 weeks of pregnancy.

I think our baby boy listened to my pleadings about him not being too big. At our 34 week appointment he was measuring pretty much right own schedule. Hurray! He's getting super cramped in there so it was hard to get a picture. I have to go to the bathroom all the time and I often feel a lot of pelvic pressure. But the doctor says everything looks good and we'll start checking if everything is progressing towards labor at my next appointment.

I had my last parent teacher conferences this week and they wore me out. They were still fun though. I really enjoy my 6th graders. One of the sweet boys in my class brought our baby a gift. He picked out some cute toys and fabric that his mom made a blanket and burp cloths out of. I was so surprised!

Week 35: SHOWERS! I had my friend shower and Ballard family shower this week. They were so much fun! Our baby boy is so loved and spoiled! We got a lot of cute outfits, diapers, blankets, toys, books, and on and on and on.

My friends gave me a Peter Pan Themed Baby Shower!

Even my besties from Idaho came to my shower!

Family Shower

We had the most amazing grilled cheese at this shower!

As for the pregnancy things are still pretty good, but I've been having some new symptoms. I have a super squished bladder, along with some pelvic pain. It's not bad, but sometimes it's pretty uncomfortable. I also wake up randomly in the night to tingly hands and feet. They are starting to get a little swollen... But for the most part everything is awesome!
