Stockton has been showing a lot of interest in everything we are eating or drinking. Every time I get a drink from a glass or water bottle Stockton wants it badly. He starts wiggling his fingers and toes and reaches for it saying, "Ooo! Ooo!" until I hand it to him. He feels pretty cool getting little sips of water. We started foods out slowly by letting Stockton suck on some bananas, peaches, and apples. He loves them. However, he was not a fan of the green bean we let him suck on at dinner one night. Once Stockton started gnawing on the banana and actually getting pieces off I decided he was ready to start eating solids.

These last couple of weeks Stockton has been trying a new food every couple of days. So far he's liked everything he's had. We've given him rice cereal, bananas, peaches, carrots, and avocados. It's been lots of fun introducing him to new foods and seeing his excitement when he know's he's going to eat. Stockton loves to sit in his high chair by us while we all eat dinner.
One of my favorite things about Stockton now is that he laughs and squeals when tickled. He tries to get away and it's so cute. He's becoming so much more interactive and fun. I love it!
We've had some fun adventures over the past month. Nathan and I like taking Stockton to Lagoona Beach. I either wrap him up in my wrap and we relax in the lazy river, or we take him down the little kiddie water slides.
Stockton went to his first USU football game. He was such a champ. He even fell asleep for a good part of it. After the game we camped in Logan Canyon with our friends the Moores. Nathan made a hanging bassinet for Stockton to sleep above us in the Jeep. It worked pretty well. And Stockton loved being outside 24/7! While we were up in Logan we also took Stockton to meet his new cousin, Maddox. They are a little over 5 months apart.

During the weekend of Stockton turning 6 months we were up in Idaho for a wedding reception and a baby blessing for the Wetherell's little cute Jensen.
At 6 Months Stockton:
