Jammin'
I love all of the fresh fruit during summer time! I also love homemade jam! So of course I make lots of yummy jam during summer. I am a little lazy when it comes to jam making though... I've never boiled it, or sealed the jars. I like to use instant pectin and freeze the jam. Its a quick and easy way to make delicious jams.
So far this summer I've made Kiwi, Peach, and Strawberry Peach. I definitely plan on making a Raspberry and maybe a Raspberry Lime Jam too!

ReplyDeleteJaelynn they are so easy! I seriously just follow the recipe on the pectin bottle. Fruit, sugar, and pectin. It's my favorite! :)
