Fun Times with Friends

Wow! That is the best way to sum up last weekend. We had so many friends come visit us and we really loved seeing everyone.

Bryan and Lauren (now Bryan's fiancée!!! YAY!!! We are so excited for them!) came up to visit. Bryan brought up his kayak, so of course we took his and ours out on the river! We put in above the falls and got some super awesome pictures!

While kayaking Nathan decided he wanted to fly a kite from the middle of the river. (He is so crazy and fun! I love it!) He seriously got the kite up too! Very impressive! We all took our turns flying the kite while we were out there.

Nathan and I also went on a little adventure while out in the river. There is a little island above the falls called Keefer's Island. It has a little log cabin on it and everything. (We aren't exactly sure if you are allowed to get on the island and look at it... but we did anyway.) It was kinda creepy and cool seeing it.

For lunch, we took them to Sandwich Tree and on a bike ride to one of our favorite spots on the river. Bryan and Lauren were super nice and let me pretend to be a photographer and take lots and lots of pictures of them. They are so cute together.

Around dinner time my friend, Christeen, came up to visit along with 4 other mission friends. (It was their Mission President's Homecoming up here.) It was so great to see her, show her our cute little home, and catch up. We had a big BBQ with everyone and played some croquet.

Thanks everyone for coming to visit! We love having friends stay over!
